Terms & Conditions
These terms apply to every relocation, transportation and warehousing service booked with Morwal Packers & Movers.
Quotations & Booking
Estimates are based on the inventory, floor access and route shared by you. Any material change in volume, access, waiting time or route may revise the final amount, which will be communicated before work continues. A booking is confirmed once the advance is received and the move date is allotted.
Packing & Handling
Goods are packed using quality corrugated sheets, bubble wrap, stretch film and cartons appropriate to the item. Customers must declare fragile, high-value and hazardous items in advance. We do not transport cash, jewellery, documents of title, flammable materials or perishables.
Transit Timelines
Delivery windows are committed in good faith. Delays caused by weather, strikes, road closures, statutory checks or force majeure events are outside our control, and we will keep you informed throughout such delays.
Liability & Insurance
Our liability is limited to careful handling as per industry practice. Transit insurance is optional and, where opted, claims are settled by the insurer as per the declared value and policy terms. Damage claims must be reported at the time of delivery and noted on the delivery sheet.
Payment Terms
Charges are payable as agreed in the confirmed estimate, with the balance due before unloading unless credit terms are approved in writing for corporate accounts. Storage charges apply if delivery is postponed at the customer's request.
Cancellation & Rescheduling
Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled slot are refunded after deducting survey and material costs. Rescheduling is offered free of cost once, subject to fleet availability.
